Partially Paid OrdersUpdated 2 days ago

Sometimes an order may remain partially paid, usually when you add an extra item at checkout. Please note that your order will not be shipped until the remaining balance is settled.

How to complete your payment immediately:

1. After amending your order, you may be redirected back to the order confirmation page.

2. If there is a balance to pay, a “Pay Now” button will appear in the top right corner showing the outstanding amount.

3. Click “Pay Now”, and you will be taken to the payment page.

4. Enter your payment details and click “Pay Now” to complete the payment.

5. Once successful, you will be redirected to the checkout page. A notification at the top will confirm: “Your order was updated on [DATE]”.

If you forget to pay right away:

1. You will receive an invoice by email requesting the outstanding payment.

2. Click “Pay Now” in the email.

3. You will be redirected to the payment page to complete the balance as above.
