We know it’s easy to forget something at checkout, so you have 15 minutes after placing your order to add another item. After this timeframe, your order is processed, and no further changes can be made. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled through this process.
Our Customer Care team is unable to adjust or cancel orders once this window has passed, so we recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
How to add an item at checkout:
1. Once checkout is complete, scroll down to the “Make changes to your order” section.
2. Click “Edit” next to the Add Product section.
3. Browse or search for the product you wish to add.
4. Select “View Product”, then “Add Product”.
5. A warning window will appear confirming your update. The total order amount will increase. (Any discount codes applied to your order will also apply to the added item.)
6. Click “Update” to confirm.
7. You will be redirected to the checkout page, and a green confirmation message will display.
If you have exited the checkout page:
1. Open your order confirmation email.
2. Click “View or Amend Your Order”.
3. You will be redirected to the checkout page, where you can add your item as above.
