Why does my tracking state return to sender?Updated 2 months ago

We are sorry to hear there has been an issue with your delivery. 

If your tracking states that your order has started its return back to UKLASH, this is usually due to an address error or the courier had issues accessing your address this could also be because your order exceeded the allotted time to be held at your local postal office without arrangements for your order to be picked up. 

We recommend thoroughly checking the address details given at the checkout, along with any information provided via the tracking link UKLASH has provided to you. 

If your parcel has been returned, don't worry! Our team will be in touch to provide the next steps once the parcel arrives back with us. 

If you have not received an email, it might not have arrived back with us just yet.
