If you're experiencing issues logging in or are not receiving a one-time login code, this could be because the email you're entering is not registered with us. Sometimes, this could be caused by a typing error.
If you created your email a while ago especially if you’re based in the UK or Germany you might have a @googlemail.com address instead of @gmail.com.
They’re technically the same account Google treats [email protected] and [email protected] as identical.
This can still cause issues if:
You signed up with @googlemail.com, but you’re now trying to log in using @gmail.com (or vice versa)
You entered a different version when placing your order.
You’re trying to reset your password but not getting the email
To fix it: Try logging in using the exact version of the email you used when you placed your order (including whether it was @gmail.com or @googlemail.com). You can also search your inbox using just your name or part of your email to see which version the emails came through on.
