Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you do need to return an order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt.
It's important to note that as we care about everyone's health and hygiene, the product(s) must be unused in sealed packaging and in resalable condition.
The cost of returning the order will have to be covered by you as the customer, and we do not supply return labels.
To return your order, please submit a return request via your customer account. If your order is within the 14-day return timeframe, the return button will appear in your account.
Important information about your return: Once your request has been approved, our returns address, along with some other important information, will be emailed to you within 1-2 working days.
We do not accept open returns due to customer sensitivities. Like with any other cosmetic product, some users can be sensitive to one or more ingredients.
Any return requests beyond the 14-day period will not be accepted.
