Refunds & Exchanges

If you’re looking for a refund or exchange, this has to go through the retailer you bought from. Even though it’s our product, we can’t directly refund you for purchases made elsewhere. Here’s why:

  • When you buy from another retailer, your purchase contract is with them (they took your payment).
  • That means only the retailer can process a refund or exchange, according to their store policy.
  • We don’t have access to their payment system, so we’re not able to issue any money back to you.
