Having trouble applying your discount? Here are the most common reasons codes don’t work
| Why Your Discount Code Might Not Be Working |
Reason | What It Means |
The code has already been used | Some discount codes can only be used once. If it's already been redeemed, it can't be applied again. |
More than one code applied or item already on offer | You can use only one discount code per order, and codes can't be combined with items already discounted unless otherwise stated. |
Using a code on a subscription order | Discount codes may not always apply to subscriptions. Some promotions are valid for new subscriptions only and on the first order only, while others exclude subscriptions that already receive a 15% discount. |
Sitewide Sales or Promotion | During promotional events or sitewide sales, discount codes may be temporarily disabled. |
Product exclusions | Some products may be excluded from discount/promotional offers entirely. This information is provided on the product page. |
