What is TikTok shop?

TikTok Shop is a feature inside the TikTok app that lets you discover and buy products directly while you scroll. You can find items in videos, live streams, or on a brand’s profile, and shop without ever leaving the app.

You can now shop your favourite UKLASH products right on TikTok. We’ve joined TikTok Shop to make your shopping experience faster, easier, and more seamless.

Where Are TikTok Shop Orders Shipped From?

The shipping location depends on the delivery destination:

- Orders to the UK are shipped from the UK.

- Orders to the US are shipped domestically from within the US.

- Orders to all other destinations, including Spain and the rest of the EU, are shipped from Spain.

I have purchased a product from TikTok shop can I return it?

Yes, of course! If you wish to make a TikTok shop return you can do so via the TikTok app and requesting a return via your orders tab. 

All products must be returned unused and sealed however if you’ve got an issue with the product please get in touch via the TikTok shop app or via [email protected].
