Help! I've received my order but there's something wrong.Updated 2 years ago

Our team works hard to make sure there aren't any errors with your order, however, sometimes mistakes can happen, including with some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

My Item has arrived damaged:


To get a case started, simply use the contact form and enter the details for your inquiry. Please include as much information as possible for your specific situation, as this will greatly decrease the investigation time.

Photos of the damaged item(s) and photos of the inner and outer delivery packaging are required for us to able resolve your issue as soon as possible.


I'm missing an item from my order:


We apologise if you are missing an item from your order, please report any missing items to our customer services team within 14 days working days of receiving your order.

Please include the following within your email: Images of the wrong/missing item(s) as these are required for us to able resolve your issue as soon as possible.


I think I have a faulty item.


Please send over as much information as possible including a video demonstrating the issue to us.

For all enquiries, please the Full Name, Full Email address and Full Billing and Shipping Addresses 


Important: All issues are required to be reported within 14 days of delivery - if any issues are reported outside of this timeframe, we will not be able to investigate and resolve the matter.
